CREATIVE RATIONALE:
The project combined layout design and copywriting to create a brochure that feels clear, warm and confident. Clean typography, generous white space and a structured layout reinforce professionalism, while conversational language and real imagery add warmth and approachability. Local coastal imagery was incorporated to ground the brand in its community and reflect the lifestyle of the clients it serves.
